The Managing Committee has invites the members of the CULTURAL SOCIETY LONGOS "LORD BYRON" once more to the EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING, because the extraordinary general meeting on September 20 did not have a quorum.
The new meeting took take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Longos Cultural Centre.
The topics:
• Clearance of the register of members
• Amendment to the Articles of Association
The meeting had a quorum for Agenda Item 1, whilst for Agenda Item 2, a quorum was once again not reached.
According to the Articles of Association, a new meeting may be convened after one month at the earliest.
